Human somatic gene therapies, genetically modified cells and oncolytic viruses. Each product is counted once per country or combined EU inventory. The EU bubble combines the existing member-country records, including the Spain-specific entry. Regional brand names are reconciled; indications do not add to the count. Withdrawn or expired authorizations are excluded. Marketing authorization does not imply local supply, reimbursement or treatment access.

This is a dated research snapshot, not a live regulatory feed. Countries without records are unassessed, not confirmed to have zero approvals.
